First Aid Squad, Inc is always looking for volunteers for our station.
Print out the application from the link below.
Besides the application you will need a copy of your driving record
from DMV, which can be gotten online if you already have a DMV
PIN. If not go to the local DMV office and request one. DMV website
link is below.
You will also need a Criminal background check from VA State
Police. Click on the link below for the page containing a separate link
for the form for your background check. Please follow the directions
listed under the Criminal History/Background section on the page.
Once all items are completed, please return all forms to the station,
either via mail or forms can be dropped off Monday - Friday between
the hours of 6am - 6pm.
